Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing SEPL for your booking. We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your reservation. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1 . Cancellations Made at Least 24 Hours Before Booking:

  • Customers may cancel their booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time and receive a 90% refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
  • Alternatively, customers can opt for an online wallet and receive a 100% refund.

2 . Cancellations Made Within 24-12 Hours of Booking:

  • If a customer cancels their booking within 24-12 hours of the scheduled start time, a 25% cancellation fee will be retained by SEPL.
  • Customers have the option to receive a 90% refund by opting for an online wallet.

3 . Cancellations Made Within 12 Hours of Booking:

  • If a customer cancels their booking within 12 hours of the scheduled start time, they will be offered two options:
    • Pay a cancellation fee of 50% of the value of the booking.
    • Opt to create a virtual game card with 75% of the value of the booking, which can be utilized at any later date within 6 months of the original booking.

Note: All cancellation requests must be made directly through our booking platform or by contacting our customer service team.
